Dennis Pescitelli
Dennis Pescitelli is a certified coach with over twenty-five years of executive experience that includes leadership development, team building, program and project management, and strategic planning and implementation. His company—NewInsight Associates—helps motivated executives achieve professional mastery and personal freedom through client-customized, executive development programs. NewInsignt's ambitious cause is “To Fill Organizations with Enlightened Leaders.”
Dennis completed his coach training and certification with the Newfield Network—one of the oldest coach training programs recognized by the International Coach Federation. He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to deliver its suite of leadership assessments that help highly motivated executives gain the personal insight necessary to help advance their careers. He also is certified to deliver the 5 Dynamics decision suite, an elegant and powerful array of executive coaching tools that helps executive leaders assess the unique competencies and energies that each person brings to the work place.
Dennis' approach to coaching and leadership is based on his extensive experience with effective implementation of programs and initiatives in challenging business environments. He is certified by Loyola Marymount University in the Harvard Business School's Balanced Scorecard strategic planning process, for which he successfully led implementation in an organization of over 5,000 employees. Under auspices of the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation, Dennis traveled to Ukraine to advise local officials on how to improve strategic planning in municipal governments.
NewInsight Associates was selected by the Illinois Society of Association Executives to design its groundbreaking Certified Leadership Series for its new Institute for Executive Education (www.theisaeinstitute.org). This comprehensive effort included survey and analysis of member needs, curriculum development, and selection of presenters. Dennis Pescitelli also recently collaborated with the Canada-based Secretan Center in developing new executive-level tools that measure and promote spirit and values in the workplace, including an organizational climate assessment (link).
