NewInsight Associates uses a value-based fee structure. We base fees on the value of desired and expected outcomes from engagements with our clients. We provide special pricing to not-for-profit organizations, sole proprietors, and small businesses.
Because we screen our clients based on confidential exploratory interviews, NewInsight Associates does not, as a general rule, respond to competitive requests for proposals. We have chosen to redeploy the time and effort required for blind proposals into providing extra value to existing clients, continually improving our offerings, and developing new innovative products.
We enthusiastically collaborate with motivated potential clients in jointly developing approaches for engagements based on direct discussions. In our experience, these engagements yield the highest return on our clients' investment and the best opportunities for lasting success.

To facilitate our clients' observation of themselves as leaders, we use powerful tools that reveal how they are seen by the people with whom they work every day. We're certified to deliver leadership assessments that are considered the “gold standard” of their kind. These instruments enable the following:
- Customization for the specific level and responsibilities of the client, including senior level, “C-suite” executives; mid-to-senior executives with at least three years of managerial experience; high potential individuals; global managers and executives; and first-line supervisors.
- Assessment of 115 separate leadership traits related to meeting job challenges, leading people, and respecting self and others.
- Feedback on five types of behaviors that have the potential to block career advancement.
Frequently cited studies have shown that new learning with coaching is four times as effective as new learning without coaching. Accordingly, we routinely deliver a series of one-on-one sessions with professional, certified executive coaches as standard follow-up to the assessments. Clients receive personalized materials to analyze results, organize and track development goals, and develop learning strategies for new and existing jobs that accelerate development of their leadership capacity.
