NewInsight Associates Develops and Launches New Leadership Development Program

In a comprehensive effort spanning over two years, NewInsight Associates has guided the Illinois Society of Association Executives in developing a high-level executive leadership development program for its members and the greater metropolitan Springfield, Illinois corporate community. Designed as a transformational experience, the ISAE's Certified Leadership Series brings together an ensemble of international and local presenters in a series of workshops augmented with extended learning and coaching.

The underlying purpose of the series is to facilitate effective succession planning in participating organizations by bringing focus on the important differences between effective management and inspiring leadership. The workshop themes were developed in response to a comprehensive ISAE membership needs survey administered and analyzed by NewInsight Associates.

Workshops commenced in October, 2007 and conclude in May, 2008. Academic credit certification is being provided through Northern Illinois University.

NewInsight Associates has received certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC to deliver its “gold standard” CCL Assessment Suite. Dennis Pescitelli Collaborates on International Team for the Secretan Center

Dennis Pescitelli recently collaborated with an international team of leadership development professionals in developing a survey instrument used by the Canada-based Secretan Center to gauge the presence of spirit and values in organizations. Working virtually from locations in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, and Australia, the team developed the ONE Organizational Survey in collaboration with international leadership expert Dr. Lance Secretan. This instrument provides executives and employees with a meaningful snapshot of their organization's health by assessing the perceived presence or absence of values that drive its cultural climate.
